How hard is it to use the control panel?

Phone.com’s interface has been lauded as being intuitive and generally comprehensive. However, call analytic reports requires an additional fee.


How long does it take to activate new numbers?

Like Vonage, Phone.com takes several days (10-15 days and as long as 60) to port an existing phone number and a Phone.com account. Once phone numbers are activated, they are immediately available. Once purchased, a new phone number is instantly activated.


How hard to add new numbers?

Once purchased, a new number is instantly activated and ready to use.


What is the voice quality of calls?

The quality of calls is usually crisp, but there is a slight delay between dialing and ringing that causes problems for some.

All incoming calls are automatically routed based on your customized settings in your account control panel. Calls can be routed to your phones based on the day, time or even the Caller ID of the incoming call.
